Our Story:
Meridian Medical District Housing LLC started with a simple observation: brilliant medical professionals were exhausted before they even clocked in – because of long commutes, unsafe rentals, or overpriced hotels. At the same time, Meridian’s historic Eastside – the literal heartbeat of the Medical Corridor – was ready for new life.
We stepped in and we acquired beautiful residential lots from Meridian Community Development Company that directly between the hospitals and the emerging revitalization zone. Now, with a $1.7 million MDOT grant bringing new sidewalks, plus a private investor’s commitment to revitalize the Eastside, we are building more than houses. We are building a community for the people who save lives.
